    "content": "We are basically deleting the definition of winnings. Again, it has been impossible to get tax on winnings, particularly in casinos where you win Kshs10 or Kshs100. One is supposed to keep records but it has been impossible. So, we are deleting the definition of winnings following the removal of winnings from gaming and bating from the Income Tax."
