In our country, I would want to urge the Minister that we discourage our people from being extreme capitalists. If you have a house, you should pay Capital Gains Tax on a second one. That is the only way we are going to stop borrowing perpetually from foreign countries, yet we have a few individuals making money that all of us could share in. I support."
