We prevaricated on this matter and nobody even knew where Migingo belongs; whether it is in a Kenyan territory, or whether it is in Uganda. We have not taken it very seriously. On this one, I think the communities should actually take the necessary action. If the Government will not take action on this matter, I think the communities, even if they are poor, those residing in those areas, should actually contribute their cows, chicken, fish, like the way we have contributed in this Kenyans for Kenya hunger project, and take this matter to the Hague, if the Government will not take action on it."
