    "content": "Section 128 of the Income Tax Act is amended in subsection (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c) – (d) (d) by public notice through print media of national circulation. Again, this is to empower the Commissioner of Income Tax to put through public notice in the media, that if there is any tenant who is aware of a landlord who is not paying tax, he can advise the Commissioners.
