    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to second this particular item. I want to plead with the Minister that we have always taken care of everybody, including all commercial banks. However, let us take the interests of the people of Kenya into account for the first time. The reason is that we want to grow this economy. Brazil has grown their economy because they have developed their middle class. We can only allow the young executives to access social loans, so that they are able to buy homes and undertake their own development. This is public money. It is tax money which Kenyans have contributed. Let our youth, the marginalized and even the poor access loans at a reasonable rate through banks in which the Government is the majority shareholder. I think this will be a great honour for the people of Kenya."
