    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I oppose this amendment on the grounds that all our banks keep shareholders’ money who are either Kenyans or other people, who invest in this country. It would be totally wrong for us to pass the amendment since it will rob people who have invested in shares of the money. We cannot take money and give it to a few people because we are trying to help them. We have helped them already by giving certain incentives; therefore, I think it is quite in order to proceed with the Bill."
