If you look at the laws that we make, even relating to the financial sector, where there is State intervention, you will find that there is some element of state intervention and participation in the financial sector. That is not a truly capitalist situation nor is it pure capitalism. But if we go where hon. Midiwo is going, then we need to be very careful because if we have a disaster in the financial market, because you have put all Government money into institution and the banks owned by the Government, the records are where we have a competitive market"
