(b) The parcel of land which is subject to this Question was subdivided into six portions in 1996 by the registered owner, Caroline Njeri Kamau and the resultant portions transferred to various individuals. (c) I cannot revoke the six titles and revert the land to the intended use because the same is subject to a court case No.85868788 of 2010 at the High Court of Kenya, Embu."
