    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I sought the indulgence of the Speaker to rule whether I should answer the Question or not, following my tabling of the court proceedings. The Question is actually on the Order Paper, and it has been asked. I have stated that the matter is in court. So, it is upon the Chair to rule whether I should answer the Question or not. I tabled the proceedings when this Question was asked the other day. That is why I did not answer it then. I have actually been waiting for a ruling from the Speaker on the matter."
