    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Lorian Swamps in Wajir harbour enough water which can be consumed by Nairobi City for up to 70 years. This is underground water that is clean and fresh. If these swamps are open to irrigation they could open up about five million acres or thereabout. Does this Ministry have any plans at all to open up Lorian Swamps for irrigated agriculture and to sort out this food insecurity problem?"
