    "content": "On a point of information, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to inform the hon. Member, and for that matter this House, that they should not expect anything from the Ministry of Agriculture. First, they have killed the cotton industry. The Assistant Minister is aware of what they have done to the cotton industry. Secondly, where we have canals as in my constituency, we only get support from the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and not the Ministry of Agriculture. Finally, who revived Bura Irrigation Scheme? It is the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and not the Ministry of Agriculture. So, do not expect anything from the Ministry of Agriculture. Their interest is not to do anything in this country."
