    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, that is not really correct. Not all projects were done by our partners. Some were but when we are dealing with development partners they channel their funds to the parent Ministry. Once they channel them to the parent Ministry, work is done. We all agree that the areas have been marginalized; but it is now time to look for ways of doing something. The Government has done its work and I have laid on the table what we have done and what we are going to continue doing."
