"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, last week, I asked a Question about Administration Police recruits who went to the Kenya Police Training College (KPTC), but were asked to go home shortly before graduation. I did say to this House that the intention was to have a private militia trained in the art of war to be used during election time. In this case, there are motor vehicles imported by the Government. I did tell the House that some of them have not been painted with the colours of either the Kenya Police or Administration Police. What the Assistant Minister is saying is that the ones which are not painted with police colours are to be used for operational purposes. What are these purposes that he is saying they are going to be used for?"
