    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, they have hired some clerks and also trained their drivers to double up as collection clerks. They have also increased the centres and also come up with incentives. The routes which were being followed have also been increased, so that they can reduce the collection time. The Ministry, tea factories and the KTDA have taken up this issue and it will be corrected immediately because it is a concern to all of us."
