However, through the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), we have built many tea buying centres, but Mudete Tea Factory has refused to register them. Therefore, we are unable to use those centres. What has the Assistant Minister done to ensure that the tea buying centres built through the CDF are registered so that the people of Emuhaya can use them to deliver tea to the factory?"
