Under the ESP, I am aware that Bura was given Kshs2 billion. In her answer here, the Minister says that she only developed 1,000 acres. Where is the rest of the money? This is because Kshs2 billion is such a colossal amount of money. If Bura residents, who are supposed to be empowered, do not see value for money at the end of your project--- In fact, we went there as the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives. There is nothing tangible to show what the Kshs2 billion was spent on."
