    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply. (a) Yes, I am aware that lorry drivers park their vehicles along the road in Salgaa and Jua Kali towns. (b) My Ministry, through the Kenya National Highways Authority, is working to acquire land for construction of a truck parking bay at Salgaa. In the meantime, we are working closely with the police department to enforce traffic rules, so that trucks can be discouraged from parking either on the carriageway or on the road shoulders."
