    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to assure the Member that we are going to move expeditiously to ensure that the project commences and that everybody is brought on board. Also, in lieu of concern, Kenyans generally want roads and the parking bays done, but every time we want to acquire some land legally, so that we can construct these things, we have people rushing to court. We also need to agree that for roads to be done, somebody has to make a sacrifice and we are ready to compensate them as is the case here. So, we will call the community and all the concerned parties, so that we can commence this very important project."
