    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Government is giving this House conflicting information. There was a similar Question by hon. Dr. Otichilo and the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security claimed that it had nothing to with scrap metal. Is the Minister in order to claim before this House that the Act is “domiciled” in the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security without telling us specifically what the Government will do about this because it is becoming a big issue?"
