    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister for being candid and open by telling this House and the entire nation the real status of Mitihani House, which is a very important facility for the Republic of Kenya. According to the Minister, the initial cost of the project, 25 years ago was less than Kshs300 million. The projected cost, as per today, is Kshs1.7 billion; meaning that the Government of the Republic of Kenya will pay Kshs.1.4 billion over and above what it should have paid earlier on. He wants to finalize the project by 2012. Could the Minister confirm to this House how much has been budgeted for the same in this financial year, and what works will be completed before the end of this financial year?"
