    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I know that in the previous season, it is true that the fertilizer was delayed. The delay was because we got the money late. I can assure Members that now we have the fertilizer in regions where they are supposed to plant. The fertilizer has been supplied and is in the godowns. On buying maize, as I said, it is not the Ministry of Agriculture that is doing so. It is the Ministry of State for Special Programmes for the Strategic Grain Reserve (SGR)."
