    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has repeated what he has said many times in this House; that they will source for funds. Many roads in the country are waiting for them to get those funds. Could he tell us what criteria they use in the Ministry or as a Government to decide which road will receive these funds as a priority because we know that certain parts of this country have enjoyed more kilometres of tarmacked roads than other areas. For example, if you go to Central Province, roads are very well done. Recently roads in Nyanza Province are very well done. Could he tell us the criteria they use to prioritise construction of roads in this country?"
