    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am seeking a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Agriculture on the failure to appoint a Managing Director for Kenya Tea Zone Development Corporation. In the statement the Minister should clarify the following: 1. To confirm if due process was followed in the recruitment of the Managing Director and, if so, to provide more details. 2. Why has the Government failed to gazette the newly recruited Managing Director appointed by the Board despite notification on 26th June, 2012. 3. Could the Minister confirm that the Managing Director will be gazetted without undue delay?"
