    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the proposed Regulation 12 be amended in Sub-Regulation (4) by inserting a new paragraph (d) as follows- (d) by having in place an electronic register which may be accessed on a website, via mobile phone and such other electronic media as the Commission may determine. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, you remember that in the last elections, we were able to confirm by mobile phone and the website whether we were registered voters or not. So, this provision is just to regularise the favour that was done for us in the previous election."
