    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the proposed Regulation 13 be amended by deleting in Sub-Regulation (3) and substituting therefor the following- (3) the registration officer shall, for the purpose of registration, collect such biometric data, which include palm print and facial impressions of the persons applying for registration, as the Commission may determine. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is in appreciation of the fact that we are going to register this year and the Regulations had not taken into account the collection of biometric data. So, this amendment intends to provide for that function."
