    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to support the amendment but, in doing so, I want to bring to the attention of the Minister the fact that there has been an earlier response in this House by his Ministry to the question of operationalisation of the newly created 80 constituencies. The verdict was that those constituencies were not valid for the purposes of the next general election unless hon. Mutula’s amendments were carried."
