    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the proposed Regulation 17 be amended by re-numbering the existing provision as sub-regulation (1) and inserting a new sub- regulation as follows-- (2) A claim under sub-regulation (1) shall not be made ninety days to a date of a general election or referendum and sixty days before a by- election."
