    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I think we need a bit of guidance here because the proposed amendment by the Chair of the Committee has already gone through. This means that it has carried the day. There is no word “division” as proposed by Eng. Gumbo. My understanding - I want some clarification from my colleague - is that the headquarters of the division has now been deleted and it has been substituted by the words “commission’s website, constituency offices, registration centre and ward.” I do not know where you place districts in our new Constitution. I need some guidance on that."
