I was not here when this was being clarified. I am looking at Form C, APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A VOTER, where we have “Registration Officer, County, Ward and Registration Centre”. I am not seeing “Constituency”. I do not know the wisdom behind that omission. So, if the hon. Member could enlighten me and the House, please."
