    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to congratulate the Minister, the Committee and the entire House for passing this timely Bill, but I would also like to remind the Minister a related matter. The imposing of Value Added Tax (VAT) on M-Pesa transactions is going to adversely affect the education sector. That is how we send money to our children in schools for bus fare, and sometimes pay school fees. So, as we are doing one good thing with one hand, the other hand is withdrawing that good. Could he, therefore, liaise with his colleague to address those issues? I beg to support."
