    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, actually, the Auditor-General picked this up. However, we also said: “Yes. We also know that we owe Nakuru Rural Water and Sanitation Company Ltd. Kshs167 million but, however, we have spent Kshs334 million on them to discharge their duties. So, do we have to spend much more on them by giving them back the Kshs167 million and ask them to pay us back?” I know that this does not sound like very good way of doing things, but this is also allowed within the Government."
