He came and reminded you after the Order was read. I had the courtesy of sharing with him a copy of the Statement. I will be very glad, with your permission, to issue the Statement tomorrow. I have consulted the hon. Member and I assured him that I was ready with the Statement by yesterday only that he was not in the House himself. I do apologise profusely."
