    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, regulation 5 be amended by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (1)- “(1A) Prior to appointment under paragraph (1), the Commission shall provide the list of persons proposed for appointment to political parties and independent candidates at least fourteen days prior to the proposed date of appointment to enable them make any representations.” This again brings transparency to the appointment of Returning Officers."
