    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I rise on a point of order regarding the amendment by hon. Gumbo. When we came in here, we had the original Order Paper. As we were seated here, we were given a Supplementary Order Paper. I know that hon. Gumbo is at the Bomas of Kenya, dealing with some ODM matters. He is the leader of the Nyanza team. He was not aware that this Supplementary Order was going to come up. So, as a House, are we doing any justice to the amendments proposed by hon. Gumbo by dropping them? It seems as if hon. Gumbo has been ambushed. We could even have courtesy to call and tell him that a Supplementary Order Paper containing his amendments has been brought to the House."
