    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, when it comes to the movement of plants or seeds across the borders, you will find that in some countries even for a seed variety to cross the border, it has to be checked by the officials concerned. However, I think that our boundaries are very much porous. So, I request that the Minister works very closely with other agencies, because we have countries like Uganda and Rwanda which are not yet well established. They might import some seeds or plant varieties which might cross over to our country and end up destroying our ecological setting."
