    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, what I am saying is important because, as the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), I know that only 30 per cent of our total annual Budget is available for development. Seventy per cent of it is used for remuneration. Are we going to develop this country by spending the entire Budget on remuneration? Members of Parliament, we have to accept and allow for this trend to be put to an end as soon as the Commission publishes its report."
