    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a Ministry, we are doing our best to make sure that if possible all the youth are registered before the election time. We have, for instance intensified mobile registration units as one measure. We have in some places opened new registration offices. We have also increased the number of registration materials. These are measures to enhance registration of our youth and other Kenyans to ensure that they get identification cards."
