    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, regulation 23 be amended in paragraph (1) by- (a) deleting the expression “21 or;” (b) deleting the word “forty” appearing immediately before the word “standard”. You will note that when I was seconding the Motion, I mentioned that we do not believe that the Constitution required political party candidates to have a list of subscribers. So, we are removing that requirement of the list of subscribers from the component that deals with party sponsored candidates and retain it for only independent candidates. We are deleting the number “40” so that the names can then fit in a 4A page."
