I am sorry if I used the wrong language. However, I am aware that the court made a decision on this matter because it was challenged by many people. In fact, I know over 800 people that were party to this case. The judgment was made on 29th June. So, if the Ministry had any intention of appealing against this judgment or the IEBC which I know was a party, then they should have done that.
