    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to plead with hon. Muthama that this provision is for general purposes. It was based on what is in the Act. The Act and the subsequent amendment that we did in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments), came before the court ruling. So, the court ruling supersedes what is there, unless the appeal changes the situation. So, we should worry about this general position, because it also applies to the persons in respect of whom the court determined needed to be declared to have the requisite education standards, who are the president and the deputy president. So, we can make progress, unless he has amendment on this Regulation."
