    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Regulation 84 be amended- (a) in paragraph (1) by inserting the words “and observers, if present” immediately after the words “candidates or agents”; (b) in paragraph (1) (c) by inserting the expression “in the order provided in regulation 76 (2)” immediately after the words “in respect of each election”. This is to allow observers in the tallying area and also provide for the sequence in which the tallying would go."
