    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Regulations be amended in Regulation 1 by inserting the words “a deputy returning officer” immediately after the words “a returning officer” appearing in the definition of the word “election officer”. If you look at the body of the Regulations, there are talking of a deputy tallying officer who is not described anywhere. So, that is really the purpose of the amendment."
