    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Regulations be amended by deleting sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 10 and substituting therefor the following new sub- regulation- (3) A member of the National Committee, other than an ex officio member, shall be appointed for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of two years. The proposed regulation seems to be giving the members too much time. Therefore, I am proposing that they serve for one term and that they be eligible for a further term of two years so that they can serve for a total of five years."
