Amina Abdalla and her Committee for the work that has been put into the review of these regulations, and hon. Gumbo and the other Members who were here. This is history in the making in terms of ensuring that we have free and fair elections. I believe that this exercise would not have been complete if we did not register those thanks for all the Members who have been working on this especially, once again, hon. Amina Abdalla, hon. Nicolus Gumbo, the Minister and his entire team. I second."
