    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Medical Services concerning the deaths of four children at the Thika Level Five Hospital between 5th and 6th August, 2011. In the Statement, the Minister should state the real causes of the deaths and whether they were due to lack of oxygen as claimed, and or, there was negligence on the part of the hospital staff. I would also want the Minister to state what action the Ministry has taken to address this issue in order to avert further deaths in the future."
