    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am not in a position to talk of the rationale behind this because the responsibility of analyzing and determining salaries and allowances for public servants has now been transferred to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission. It will review all salaries. In fact, they have already reviewed salaries for the TSC and they have enhanced it. They have increased the salaries. They are reviewing all of them. I am, therefore, not in a position to talk on their behalf because they are independent and they are supposed to act independently."
