"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, while I retain a lot of respect for this Assistant Minister, I am amazed that he says that he is not aware that a mortuary had been constructed at Nunguni Health Centre, which falls squarely under his Ministry. The Ministry was aware. It is the Ministry staff, through the District Health Management Team, that recommended the release of this money from the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). Is he telling this House the truth that this facility was not a felt need for this district?"
