    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do have a request for a Ministerial Statement. I would like to request for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security on the attack on hon. John Harun Mwau on 6th October, 2012, at Kasayani in Kibwezi by political thugs. In the Statement, the Minister should clarify whether Members of political parties are free to hold political rallies in Makueni County without being attacked and what action the Government has taken, bearing in mind the Election Act and Political Parties Act that clearly state the action that should be taken against persons or political parties that are involved in violence and intimidation against other members of the public."
