    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the attendance to the stakeholders’ conference was widely publicized and was attended by all the registered transport associations including all the various matatu branches from across the entire country and was co-ordinated not just by the Ministry of Transport but through the National Road and Safety Council which includes the matatu owners, bus owners, matatu drivers and operators who all sit within that National Roads Safety Council because I have included everyone in that and organized to ensure that it was an all inclusive meeting bringing together all the players within the transport sector in Kenya. It has representation from every district in Kenya."
