    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the proposed regulation 32 be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “two hundred and fifty thousand” and substituting therefor the words “twenty five thousand” (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “five hundred thousand” and substituting therefor the words “fifty thousand.” This is putting the nomination fees for Governors at Kshs50,000 and for the disabled and for the youth at Kshs25,000."
